Chris Hemsworth’s ‘Thor’ Trainer Says Protein Shakes And Creatine Are A Waste Of Time

Walt Disney Studio workout supplements are popular, but they do not magically burn fat or build muscle.

Instead of spending money on supplements, focus on diet and exercise, said personal trainer Chris Hamworthy.

“Good nutrition and regular exercise are the most important factors in fitness,” he said.

Chris Hemsworth is best known for developing Thunder God’s capable muscles in the role of Thor in the Marvel movie series.

According to Luke Zucchi, a personal trainer and longtime friend of Hemsworth, if you want to grow as an actor, you don’t have to spend money on supplements like protein shakes to reap the benefits. He recently coached Hemsworth for his role in “Thor: Love and Thunder”.

“It’s more important to eat well and have more calories,” Zochi said in an interview with Insider, adding that the Center, Hemsworth’s wellness application, offers a 10-week program for all skill-based levels. The star gets most of his benefits through good nutrition and a rigorous exercise routine, he said.

Although some supplements have fitness and fat reduction benefits, they can be expensive and unreliable due to a lack of regulation. Instead of spending money on pills and powders, stick to a healthy diet and targeted exercise program; Zochi’s recommended supplements offer only small benefits compared to diet and exercise

“People rely on products like protein shakes or creatine to build muscle and burn fat,” Sochi said.

“People think things like protein shakes and creatine are very different, but that’s only 5% of the equation,” Zochi said.

Creatine, BCAA, and similar products can give you an edge, but only if you’ve already learned the basics of eating right and exercising regularly.

Also, there is nothing magical about protein shakes, the main advantage of which is that if you do not get the whole food, it is to provide concentrated nutrients to help you complete your diet.

“It’s about sticking to the program to check the basics and get results,” Zochi said.

It can also be difficult to know what you are getting in supplements, as they do not need to be FDA approved, so products may contain fillers, unreliable foods, or ingredients that are not on the label.

Be realistic about expectations

whether you’re complimenting yourself or not, Zochi said, “no method will magically make you look like Thor unless you’re Chris Hemsworth himself.” Therefore, it is important to set goals that prioritize your growth rather than comparing yourself to your Hollywood star.

“Everyone’s body is different. I exercise like Chris and eat the same, and I don’t look like him,” he said.
